This session is for anyone seeking self care and nurturing. Honour yourself with some time for you. Cacao ceremonies and sound baths create an amazing opportunity to slow down and appreciate your body’s wisdom and ability to deeply relax.
We will allow the magic of cacao to fill our bodies with warmth, open our heart space and connect us to our intuition and inner guidance. You will then be invited to surrender and journey on the vibrations of the sacred instruments to access a deeply relaxed state of being. The sacred sound bath will offer an opportunity for you to rest and digest the effects of cacao.
